dc.description.abstractCorporate Social Responsibility is a dynamic field for undertaking research. The subject has gained its importance due to its relevance to the society. The most controversial element in the field of business and paving its way to wider deliberations and arguments for considering is “CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)”, whether it is as an essential element for business survival and human existence? In this research paper, the researcher has undertaken the review of various studies on CSR primarily with intent to classify the supporting theories and researches with respect to implementation of CSR by business organizations. The other set of classification is its opposition and non-necessity to business organizations. Further, it has taken the other researches, which focused on CSR but not intended for any sort of argument over its relevance to business organizations. Finally the paper ends with author‟s specific remarks for its implementation and its adoption in true spirit both by the Business Organizations, Public, Employees and State.en_US
